Once payment has been received and the order is confirmed, it will be considered final and non-refundable.

Orders will not be processed or reserved without prior payment.

Each piece is carefully prepared, and we kindly ask that all details are reviewed before confirming your order.

Once and order is placed, please allow 7-14 days for your piece to be carefully prepared
