Refund policy

Production Timeline:

• All Lana’s Atelier pieces are made to order.

• Orders typically require 15–20 business days for production and dispatch.

• Production times may be shorter depending on the atelier’s current occupancy and workload.

• During peak seasons, launches, or high-demand periods, production times may vary. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Exchange & Return Policy:

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Any alterations or modifications made by the customer after receiving the item.

• Any damage caused after delivery, including improper use, storage, cleaning, or handling.

 

Returns or exchanges ARE accepted in the following cases:

• The item received differs from the order placed.

• A manufacturing defect is identified upon receipt.

• The item arrives damaged.

• Measurements differ materially from those stated on the website.

Photo evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Alterations & Sizing:

• Lana’s Atelier does not provide alterations or resizing after production is completed.

• Each piece is produced according to the size selected by the customer at checkout.

• Customers requiring specific measurements must provide them in the Custom Request section before placing their order.

• Requests submitted after checkout can be made via whatsapp within 24 hours notice
